Unlike many other services, BabyBoop is designed to minimize data collection. Beyond essential account information, we do NOT permanently store:
- Personal conversations with our AI assistant
- Photos uploaded for postcard creation
- Baby's personal information (name, age)
- Daily plans or schedules you create
- Location data or device information
2. Minimal Information We Process
To provide our service, we only process the absolute minimum information required:
Account Information
Email address for account creation and billing (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
Temporary Processing
AI conversations and uploaded images are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after 1 day
Payment Information
Handled entirely by Stripe - we never see or store your payment details

4. AI Processing
When you interact with our AI assistant:

- No conversation history is stored or retained
- Each interaction is independent and private
- AI models are updated without using your personal data
5. Photo and Postcard Processing
For our postcard creation feature:
- Photos are processed temporarily to create your postcard
- Images are automatically deleted from our servers after processing
- We recommend not including sensitive information in photos
- Generated postcards are provided to you for download only
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use minimal, essential cookies only for:
- Maintaining your login session
- Essential website functionality
We do NOT use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify individual users.
